Daily greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, recommending menu items. Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to provide accurate guidance and recommendations to guests. Serve food and beverages following established company procedures, ensuring quality and consistency. Report guest complaints promptly to supervisors and assist in resolving issues efficiently. Assist with inventories and collaborate with other ship departments to ensure a smooth dining experience for passengers. Notify supervisors of any equipment or machinery damage and maintain accurate records. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, in compliance with HACCP regulations. Ensure proper and safe handling of all equipment and machinery. Requirements: Age 18+ from EU and also all nationalities we work with Experience in Restaurant field Ship experience preferred No visible tattoos = no aggressive tattoos. For non-EU candidates, a German Visa D will be required. Safety certificates and US Visa are NOT needed. Knowledge of English language (B2 level). Able to remain calm and effective under pressure. Comfortable working in multicultural environments. Highly organized, disciplined, and dependable.
