Overview
Registered Nurse - Tele, Travel assignment in Los Angeles, CA. Start date 11/09/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,974 to $2,034 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice. This assignment involves delivering coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process, within a telehealth-enabled hospice environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or an assigned group per the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Collect relevant assessment data, analyze findings, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor for adverse reactions, and adjust care as needed in collaboration with the care team.
- Conduct and document telehealth- or in-home assessments as appropriate, triage patient needs, and coordinate with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe, effective care.
- Educate patients and family members, participate in discharge planning, and promote health and safety within the home setting.
- Delegate appropriately, supervise nursing staff, and ensure continuity of care across shifts and disciplines.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (California) or current state of assignment
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of recent nursing experience in the field
- Ability to work effectively in a home healthcare - hospice setting and to perform night-shift duties
