Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to understand their personal or business risks and insurance needs.
Prepare clear and accurate insurance quotes that provide the right level of protection for our neighbors.
Review existing policies with current clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to handle inquiries and solve problems efficiently for our policyholders.
Maintain organized records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.
Represent The Atlantic District in the Windham community with a helpful and positive demeanor.
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Connecticut.
Previous professional experience in sales, customer service, or client management.
Strong comfort level with learning and navigating new technology and digital platforms.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Ability to work from our Windham office location during standard business hours.
Strong organizational habits and high attention to detail.
