FactoryFix helps staffing firms and industrial employers find qualified candidates through AI recruiters and a proprietary industrial talent pool. We’re hiring a closer who thrives on frequent demos, fast decisions, and a busy pipeline.

About the role:

This is a high-volume, transactional sales role.

You’ll spend 80%⁠+ of your time running live product demos over screen share and manage 100+ open opportunities with close dates inside the next 30 days.

We can teach you industrial hiring. You need to bring hands-on demo experience, closing ability, and disciplined pipeline management.

What you'll do:

• Run live demos. Show staffing-firm owners, recruiters, and hiring teams how FactoryFix addresses their immediate needs.
\n
• Close new business. Explain pricing, handle objections, ask for the sale, and keep qualified buyers moving.
\n
• Manage your pipeline daily. Prioritize opportunities, follow up on time, and keep CRM stages, next steps, and close dates accurate.
\n
• Own your number. Track conversion and closed business, use coaching to improve, and disqualify deals that aren’t a fit.

• Hand off customers clearly. Make sure customer success knows what buyers need and what you promised.

What you bring:

• Proven success closing new business in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment.
\n
• Experience personally running live software demos at volume. This is required.
\n
• A reliable system for managing many active opportunities with near-term close dates.
\n
• Clear communication, confident objection handling, and consistent follow-through.
\n
• Ownership of your sales target, calendar, and CRM, with the discipline to keep commitments without reminders.
\n

Strong plus : Hiring, staffing, recruiting, or HR-tech experience. Industry knowledge is welcome, but it does not replace the required software demo experience.

Compensation: $150–200K+ OTE
